Richard is a resources executive with over 35 years’ experience in finance, projects and operations. Over the past 3 years he has led the Osborne Copper/Gold mine back into operation as its CEO.

He has been the lead executive of foundation customers for the Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal in Gladstone; the North Queensland Gas Pipeline; and the CopperString electricity transmission project.

As a finance executive he has led teams in mining and energy operations as well as for growth in M&A; fund raising; and feasibility studies. His passion is to help company leaders develop their strategy and then turn that vision into reality.

Ray is a Chartered Chemical/Environmental Engineer, a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Australia (EA ID 969567) and RPEQ (24856). He has over 30 years engineering and senior management experience in diverse and complex industrial environments.

These include Alternative Fuels, Oil/Gas, mining and heavy industry. Ray specialises in project management, Hazardous Areas, burner fuels, operational efficiency, process and systems development, maintenance, logistics and lean management.

As a leader, Ray was the General Manager of a waste oil recovery facility for 3 years.

Mark has over 35 years' experience in petroleum manufacturing, gas, and mining industries. This experience encompasses the disciplines of finance, treasury, operations, and continuous improvement.

During this period, he has held senior leadership roles including Commercial Finance Manager, Improvement Lead, Finance & Administration Manager, and Treasury Operations Manager.

Mark has a laser focus on maximising enterprise value by staunchly developing and executing corporate strategic plans.

Phil is an accomplished finance and commercial executive with over 30 years of experience in diverse organizations, including ASX-listed companies, privately held enterprises, and government-owned entities. Phil has served as CFO in the Australian resources industry where he has been responsible for not only the finance department, but also commercial activities, sales and logistics, and the ICT department.

Phil holds full membership with CPA Australia and has led finance teams in oil and gas operations, energy, medical, medical technology and investment banking. He understands the importance of stakeholder relationships at all levels and is skilled at improving people, processes and systems.

Chris is an experienced energy markets professional with deep expertise in physical trading, commercial optimisation, and contract management across Australia’s electricity and gas sectors. He has held trading and commercial roles within major oil, gas and energy organisations, managing complex portfolios spanning gas-fired generation, hydroelectricity, wind, solar, batteries, and large industrial loads. Chris’ background includes physical and financial gas trading, dispatch and scheduling, bilateral contract negotiation, and the optimisation of energy assets across the National Electricity Market (NEM), the Wholesale Energy Market (WEM), and the East and West Coast gas markets. He has extensive operational experience across the STTM, DWGM and GSH, along with pipeline operations, transport optimisation strategies, market risk management and real-time trading environments. In his role as GM Commercial at Jinburra, Chris oversees commercial strategy, customer portfolio management, and market optimisation, working closely with industrial clients to deliver secure, cost-effective and innovative energy solutions.
